You have placed the last diamond. Now what? A finished diamond painting is meant to be seen — here are the best ways to enjoy it.
Press and seal
First, press the whole canvas flat to seat every diamond — lay a clean cloth over it and go over it with a rolling pin or a heavy book. Many people then brush on a thin sealer, which locks the diamonds down and evens the sheen.
Frame it
Framing is the natural home for a finished piece. Choose a ready-to-hang finish when you buy, use a frame kit, or take the canvas to any framer. Because diamonds sit slightly proud, pick a frame with some depth. Our guide to framing a finished piece covers the options.
Give it as a gift
A finished, framed diamond painting is a genuinely personal gift — especially a custom piece made from a shared photograph.

And when the wall is filling up, there is always another design waiting. The making, after all, is half the pleasure.
